Our first ever in-house handmade quilt coat! Quilt coats are a beautiful, sustainable fashion trend, repurposing handmade quilts into wearable art. Sara and her mom Cindy designed this one around a vintage flower quilt and even preserved the unique octagonal edging. Features a rounded, hand-stitched collar.
ONE SIZE FITS MOST (Made as a loose-fitting size 12, but is meant to be worn oversized)
Open front with no buttons - in a chore-coat-meets-blazer fashion
Quilt has been *fully mended* - no holes or tears
The orange binding at the hems shows some gentle wear from years of being loved, but this adds to the unique texture and feel of the jacket.
MEASUREMENTS, taken laying flat:

Bust/Waist/Hips: Free (no closure) but measures 25" across when laying flat
Sleeve length: 24" (shoulder seam to longest point of octagonal sleeve hem)
